Oh Sketch mobile application ('the App'), the website ohsketch.com ('the Website') and all products and services associated with those (collectively 'the Product') are operated by Mindvoll GesbR ('we', 'us', 'Mindvoll').
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process and use personal data of the Product users ('you', 'User'). By accessing and using the Product you agree to your data being collected, processed and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy was last updated on 20.08.2024. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at our own discretion. The new Privacy Policy will be posted on our website and we advise you to occasionally review this page in order to stay up-to-date with the most recent changes.
Collection of personal data
In order to provide you with the best user experience and ensure the correct functioning of the app we collect certain types of personal data.
Types of data we collect
User ID. For every User an anonymous User ID is generated. User ID is needed to identify your purchases if you do not have an account.
E-mail. If you choose to create an account we capture and store e-mail information provided by you through the text field during sign-up. Additionally we may store your e-mail information for communication if you chose to contact us.
Personal data. If you submit an application to be featured in the App, we will collect personal data that you choose to share with us, such as your name, social media handle or a link to your personal website or profile, and display them in the respective section of the App.
Log data. Whenever you use the Product, in case of an error in the App or on the Website a special type of information called log data is being collected. This information may include your IP address, device name, operating system version and other information.
Usage data. Usage data is an electronic record of your interactions with the Product. It includes screens or features you access and view, content you save and so on.
How your personal data is used
We process your information to:
- Provide, maintain and improve the Product;
- verify your identity and allow you to sign into your account;
- identify and repair errors in the Product;
- process transactions and fulfil orders;
- receive and fulfil your customer service requests;
- monitor and analyse the performance of the Product;
- analyse your use of the Product to improve your experience;
- monitor and prevent illegal activities and protect the rights and property of us and our users.
How we share your information
We may disclose information about you as follows:
- We may share your data with third party services that we use to process information on our behalf, for the purposes we describe in this Privacy Policy (for example, for the purposes of data storage, payment processing and analytics);
- If you have submitted an application to be featured in the App, we may display personal information that you chose to share with us next to your artwork in a designated place in the App;
- we may share your data with government and law enforcement bodies as legally required.
Data retention and deletion
We will store your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Youcan request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Please note that anonymous usage data cannot be deleted as it is not linked to your account. To initiate the data deletion process, please use the "Delete account" option in the settings of the App, or contact us at hello@ohsketch.com
Third party services
To support the functioning, maintenance and improvement of the Product we use the following third-party services. These services may collect information identifying you to facilitate and perform Product-related services or fulfil them on our behalf:
Supabase - used for storing your personal data such as e-mail
Posthog - used for performance analytics
RevenueCat - used to enable and track transactions
